Extension/Renovation in Highett

A ground floor extension to the rear of the house containing  a new open plan living/dining & kitchen with butler’s pantry backed on by a large outdoor entertaining BBQ area. Major works were also done internally to the existing house requiring demolition and re-building to approximately two thirds of the internal layout incorporating  a new family bathroom and rumpus to upstairs, new master bedroom ensuite and walk in robe, new study, powder room & laundry. All wet areas were tiled from floor to ceiling containing a feature wall of mosaic’s, new timber oak floor boards to the living areas of downstairs with new carpet to the bedrooms, all existing timber windows replaced with new double glazed aluminium to match rear extension, new lighting & polished chrome tap ware and fixtures throughout, finished off with a new professional paint job both inside and out.
