New House in Oakleigh

A new house in Oakleigh consisting of four large bedrooms and a study, big double garage, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen and dining, two spacious living areas & separate sitting room, outdoor alfresco spread out over fifty plus squares. This project was developed on a sloping 800+ square metre block and entailed demolition of the old existing house, major earthworks and site cut and construction of a new two story brick veneer family home incl. all landscaping. The house incorporates state of the art appliances and all modern finishes incl. natural spotted gum floor boards & solid timber staircase, caesarstone bench tops to kitchen and vanities, floor to ceiling tiles in wet areas, exposed aggregate concrete finish to driveway and rear yard.
